From November 23rd to December 2nd the festival that celebrates the gourmet tradition in Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Tepic returns once again to demonstrate that this tourist destination is more than sun and beautiful beaches.
For ten days you can delight your palate with the talent of 30 chefs, hosts or guests, from 27 restaurants and hotels of the highest category in the region.
This grand event is made to enjoy exceptional food and traditional ingredients of the Mexican Pacific coast.

The Culinary Fest of France
November 27th – 30th
Four dinners in which chefs Steve Benjamin, Raúl Hernández and Guillaume Morancé will serve menus in homage to the “Chef of the Century”, Joël Robuchon.
Mole and Mariachis Night at Café des Artistes
Delight your palate and your ear to a Mexican-style experience with a 6-course menu, from renowned chef Ricardo Muñoz Zurita, paired with wines and tequilas as the mariachi light up the night.
The Vintage Wine Fair
An incredible fair enlivened with live music, where wine is the main guest paired with Quesart Mexican cheese, French bread pre-cooked by Bridor in Paris and baked in Le Bristro.
Modern Mediterranean cuisine in Azafrán
This restaurant is a culinary journey, much like the spice that gives it its name, subtle but sophisticated. Delivering a fresh and refined gastronomic experience, using the best local ingredients and European culinary techniques; its guest will be Johannes Messner at the Lamm restaurant in Stuttgart, Germany.
