SEAFOOD ITALIAN BRUSCHETTA

Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS

Cooked shrimp                                    100 g
Boiled octopus                                      100 g
Cooked Sea Scallops                           100 g
Tomato                                                  100 g
Onion                                                     150 g
Parmesan Cheese                                  50 g
Garlic                                                       50 g
Baguette                                               2 cloves
Chopped Basil                                      6 slices
Balsamic Vinegar                              to taste
Olive Oil                                               to taste
Salt and Pepper                                  to taste

 

SEAFOOD

Cook the shrimp, octopus and scallops. Once cooked cut into small pieces and placed in a container, to which add the tomato, onion and basil chopped, add the vinegar, olive oil salt and pepper to taste.
BAGUETTE

Cut the bread into slices and cook on a pan, once it is toasted add smeared raw garlic on it.
BRUSCHETTA

Place the previously prepared seafood on top of the bread and finally add the grated parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
