Delight in 5 Delicious Courses

As for what’s in store, four distinctly themed menus rotate each month. Classes are structured to make you feel like the guest you are, welcomed with warm introductions and a tutorial on how to make the perfect margarita. From there, you’ll start grinding out courses on the mortar and pestle, chopping herbs, and charring chiles for menus featuring bites like:

  • Authentic Tacos & Toppings (Cheese & Potato, “Al Pastor,” Fish)

  • Classic Mexican Dishes (Enchilada Poblana, Mayan Chocolate Truffles)

  • Grandma’s Specialties (Diablo Shrimp, Chicken Mole Negro, Green Chile Ribs)

  • Mexican Street Food (Pork Torta, Turkey Mole Rosa, Caramel Crepe)

About the Chef

Chef Miriam Flores’ love for cooking is rooted in her Grandmother’s kitchen. Growing up without electricity in a village not far from Puerto Vallarta, cooking alongside her culinary hero forged a deep appreciation for local ingredients, from the farm to the sea. Over the years, her discipline took her to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Portland, followed by kitchens across Europe. The result is a truly unique marriage of traditional Mexican cooking and gourmet techniques she loves sharing with foodies from around the world.
