Frida in the XVIII Festival Gourmet International

Restaurant Frida at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is one of the hosts for the XVIII Festival Gourmet International waiting to delight all attendees with its delicious tasting menu led by renowned chef and owner of restaurant Biko, Mikel Alonso, in the City of Mexico.
Restaurant Biko is part of the 50 best restaurants in the world as published on the list “the worlds 50 best“, sponsored by St. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. In this year’s edition 2012, Biko was ranked as number 38. It is noteworthy to mention that Mikel Alonso is also a consultant chef of the restaurant “Cocina de Autor” located at the Hotel Grand Velas Riviera Maya.
Restaurant Frida participated from the beginning of the XVIII International Gourmet Festival, opening at 18:00 hrs, to offer a tasting menu (the best of Mexico) or if you prefer, a delicious à la carte gourmet dinner created by our host chef, Manuel Gordian.
Seafood, fish, salads, also lean and red meat make up the delicious menu offered at Restaurant Frida, at prices ranging between $130 and $290 pesos. This special menu will be offered until November 18th when the XVIII Festival Gourmet International concludes.
Today, Friday November 16th at 8:00 pm the “Chef’s Table and Winemakers Night” will take place inside the restaurant Frida with an exquisite pairing dinner in a luxurious and classic ambience.
