Condé Nast Traveler magazine, founded in 1987, included resort Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit on its Gold List of the World’s Best Places to Stay–The Americas. Divided by regions, the guide recommends the best vacation destinations in the entire world. On this occasion, Grand Velas was selected among the best hotels on the American continent for 2013.

The resort was also selected by TripAdvisor as one of the Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Mexico.
