- 2 kg of shrimp
- 6 small cucumbers
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 serrano chilies
- 20 Lemons
- Salt and Pepper
- Wash all the shrimps and remove all their veins.
- Put the shrimps in a bowl and squeeze the lemons.
- Add a dash of salt and pepper and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Finely, cut in dices the cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, coriander, and chilies.
- Add them to the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
- Finally, you can serve it with tortilla chips.
