19th Ceviche and Aguachile Festival
There’s no better way to start the month than by treating your palate. In its 19th edition, this festival gathers the best local flavors, offering over 40 varieties of ceviche and aguachile tostadas. It is the perfect Sunday plan: free admission, live music, a kids’ area, and a comfortable covered dining zone to enjoy the freshest seafood in the bay.

Movie Picnic: The World’s Only “Petatecinema”

Puerto Vallarta Carnival
The heart of the city dresses in vibrant colors to celebrate the port’s diversity and joy. Before Ash Wednesday, the famous parade takes over the Malecon with troupes, live music, and spectacular floats. It is a completely family-friendly celebration that brings an infectious energy to locals and visitors alike, culminating with parties in the Romantic Zone and a fireworks show lighting up the bay.

Bucerías Chalk Art Walk

For three days, the streets of the Golden Zone in Bucerías transform into a giant canvas of ephemeral art. This is one of the year’s most anticipated events, where talented artists create incredible works using only colored chalk (pastels), filling the pavement with life. Besides admiring the art in progress, you can enjoy music, food, and crafts, knowing that a portion of the proceeds supports children’s art development.

San Pancho Music Festival
What began in 2001 as a small backyard gathering of friends has become one of the region’s most important cultural events. For three days, Plaza del Sol—just two blocks from the beach—vibrates with the energy of over 100 artists. Get ready for a sonic journey from jazz and funk to Latin rhythms, in a bohemian, festive atmosphere that captures the essence of San Pancho.

Sayulita Bike: 3rd Edition

To close the month with adrenaline, cycling lovers gather in the Magical Town of Sayulita. Whether you are an expert or a beginner, this event has a place for you, with two main modes: a recreational ride and the big race (15- and 23-km routes). With your $300 MXN registration, you not only participate in an event full of family fun, but you also enter a raffle for a brand-new bike.
